Dinel was a god-send for me when I needed support workers for my 11-year-old son who is disabled and has complex needs, while I had to recuperate after removing my appendix. I haven’t had much success with finding support workers for my son in the past so when he said he has carers available straightaway, that was a huge relief.

Since then, I’ve had to go through so many situations from a surprise pregnancy to losing my husband, to having my baby daughter and to buying and moving to a new house. Through it all, Dinel and his team stood by us providing support in looking after my son and also helping with everything else including moving houses.

The level of Dinel’s expertise in this field and his patience and kindness is beyond what I expected. I have to give a special shout-out to Grace, who is like family at this point. The rest of his team is equally competent and caring, and I am so grateful I had their support through the most difficult and emotional transition I’ve had to face.
