We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
This allows us to adjust our schedules and offer the time slot to someone else who may need support. If an emergency or unforeseen circumstance arises, please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation with flexibility and understanding.
If a participant makes a short-notice cancellation or cancels a shift without any notice, the provider may charge up to 90% of the agreed price for their time and travel. (A short notice cancellation is if the participant does not show up for scheduled support, cancels a shift last minute or is not present at the agreed place within a reasonable time when the provider is travelling to deliver the support).
